IBPS Selection Process
The selection procedure comprises of two computer-based exams i.e. Pre and Mains.
Pre-exam: Also known as the qualifying round in which you need a secure score above the cut-off marks. The cut-off marks for Pre-exam decides by the recruitment body i.e. IBPS. After qualifying for the Pre-exam you are eligible to sit for the Mains exam.
Mains exam: In Mains, you need to secure a good position in order to get Sarkari Naukri in your hands. Get marks above the cut-off score and you are eligible for the next round i.e. interview or a medical examination.
Interview or Medical examination: After qualifying for the Mains exam you will get a call letter for an interview or a medical examination. This is the final round some of the recruitment bodies such as PSU, UPSC, Banks, etc. conduct interviews if you clear that round then you will be called for medical examination. Otherwise, most of the govt jobs conduct Pre, Mains, and Medical.
